Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling stock transactions and answering customer enquiries
Handling and following up customer complaints
Provide exclusive telephone transactions for mid-to-high-end customers, provide customer service and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Promote securities business via telephone channel
Monitor client’s order and margin level , conduct margin call when necessary
Responsible for IPO subscriptions and prepare proposal to management
Assist in daily operation of dealing team and administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
University Degree with 5 years of relevant experience in banking industry, investment centre, securities trading
Passes in HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8
Knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts of securities trading and relevant products / financial instruments
Familiar with relevant regulations and requirements within its own discipline
Familiar with financial market environment and work process sound knowledge of Hong Kong stocks market
Strong Business sense with good analytical skills
Strong Communication and language skill in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
