Job Responsibilities:

• Pre-screening the card application and document verification

• Handle customer data inputting

• Perform internal checking and KYC process

• Work closely with branch representative or internal customer to follow up incomplete document

• Support back end operation duties

• Prepare various report

• Participate in project for system enhancement

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above

• Minimum 1 years working experience

• Mature, open mind and able to work under pressure

• Good communication and independent

• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage

• Knowledge of MS
