Corporate Service Manager (Quantity Surveying) - contract
Conduct analysis on latest market information in building or construction industry, E&M consultancy, facility management, etc.
Prepare tender document, handle tender clarification and evaluation, negotiate with suppliers on the pricing and other commercial terms, prepare award recommendation, and support contract administration, etc.
Assist to develop a clear and effective procurement strategy and contract management structure
Manage suppliers’ relationship, evaluate and monitor suppliers’ performance, source new suppliers/ contractors of the construction industry from time to time
Coordinate ad-hoc project
Requirements:
Preferably degree holder in Quantity Survey/ Building Studies/ Construction Management or equivalent
Preferably with minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in construction industry/ consulting firm
Experienced in preparing tender document, doing tender analysis and tender report, preparing agreement
Able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule
Hardworking with good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
Experienced in high end fitting out/ A&A work projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency of written and spoken English, Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
Strong sense of business ethical standards
Knowledge of Oracle and Chinese editing would be an advantage
Contract renewal will be subjected to performance.
