Requirements:
Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or minimum 7 years’ relevant experience with 3 years at supervisory level in customer service industry, preferably in hospital and hotel settings
Good time management skill and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Mature, responsible, and detail-oriented
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and leadership skills
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and English & Chinese word processing
