Our business partner is a well-established bank that is seeking an experienced Senior Manager-DCM in Rating & Advisory to conduct debt rating exercises and precise financial analysis to further support the bank's DCM business.

Your new role

As a critical member of the team, you will be responsible to:

• Guide and support the team in financial analysis, valuation, credit approval, and debt rating activities.
• Engage with clients, professional parties, regulators, and other businesses for pitching, pricing, and executing new bond and issue transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and supervise the creation of marketing materials, research documents, and other debt rating-related documentation.
• Assess, trade, and manage credit risk and associated hedge positions.
• Foster and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
• Analyse market trends, and identify, communicate, and promote trade ideas.
• Ensure adherence to the Bank's compliance policies.

What you'll need to succeed In order to excel at this position, you will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in debt origination, trading, front-office, debt capital markets, and new issue syndicate with banks. A tertiary degree coupled with proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese would be required for a dynamic client portfolio. In-depth knowledge of debt capital/bond markets and the credit environment is a must. Knowledge in sustainable finance will be a plus.
