What you’ll do

• To manage and supervise on all day-to-day matters related to property management of a Grade A commercial building
• Inspect the building and its equipment including premises with renovation works in progress and reporting any problem found
• Monitor the daily performance of the frontline staff, cleaning workers, and contractors
• Supervises and manage all contractors on servicing, cleaning and maintenance works
• Responsible for handover and repossession of premises with tenants
• Dealing with complaints from tenants and visitors of the building
• To participate in dealing with ad-hoc events as needed

Other details

• Salary around $27,000 - $28,000 per month (inclusive of hardworking allowance)
• Working hours: 07:30-16:30/14:30-23:30/23:30-08:30
• 6 days work week, rotate day off

Key qualifications

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
• Good command of spoken Chinese and English
• Good problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is preferred
