Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of clerical and administrative support to the team members of Business Development Department
• Assist in maintaining client database and ensure data input in a timely and accurate manner
• Respond to queries and escalate where appropriate, in order to provide immediate assistance to clients
• Liaise with various departments and customers to ensure quality responses to enquiries
• Prepare reports relating to business support operation
• Support managers in handling general enquiries from clients
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as required by supervisors

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 2-3 years’ work experience is preferred
• Preferably with relevant secretarial or operational support experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
• A team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed-minded, well-organized, multi-tasking with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing
• Working Location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
