Responsibilities:

• Craft, edit and produce communication materials, including press release, corporate publication, marketing communication materials, newsletter, presentation and social media contents
• Organize corporate events and activities, such as town halls, seminars, offsite meetings and customer events
• Manage the Bank’s social media channels
• Perform daily media monitoring on Fubon Bank and the industry to keep management abreast of industry trends and issues
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Corporate Communications and/or the department

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Communications, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of working experience in Corporate Communications or Marketing Communications, preferably with experience in PR or advertising agencies, digital marketing, social media and/or event planning. Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be a plus
• Great attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
