Job Requirements:

• Manage the IS/IT project to deliver solutions to business users on time within budget in achieving business/application needs
• Manage the SDLC (waterfall and agile) of business analysis, requirement analysis, solution analysis system design, prototyping, testing, deployment, quality assurance, documentation, training, maintenance and support, etc.
• Manage users, vendors, delivery partners and offshore development centers for system delivery
• Manage to comply with project governance, quality requirements, audits, policies, standards, etc. 
• Create necessary governance structures and communications for project/programs
• Plan, budget, control variances for projects and timely report to management
• Lead and manage project teams for service delivery
• Manage scope creep and change requests.
• Ability to handle multi projects and ability to manage expectations of stakeholders.

Qualification Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of IT relevant experience of which 3+ years in similar capacity
• Strong project management, problem solving as well as stakeholder / vendor and contract management skills
• Good people and vendor management skill are a MUST
• Professional IT qualification is preferred (e.g. PMP, PSM, ITIL, CPIT, etc.)
• Experience in emerging technologies (e.g. AI, Cloud, Data Analytics, etc.) is a STRONG advantage
• Good in teamworking, problem solving, communication skill and stakeholder management
