Job Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and support to Sales Team
• Assist with team administrative and operational tasks
• Answer calls and manage correspondence
• Organize and maintain files and documents
• Participate in projects and provide support in daily activities
• Data Collection, Processing and Analysis
• Photo and video editing
• Take on ad hoc tasks as requested by management

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in any disciplines with 5 year working experience
• Willingness to learn
• Good communication and organization skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Table & VLOOKUP), Sharepoint and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of basic editing principles in video, photo editing, tools (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) 
• Highly self-motivates and able to work in a dynamic working environment
