As part of the Finance department, we are currently searching for a Treasury Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily treasury operations, including accounts payable, payment processing, and cash reports
• Perform cash flow forecasts and ensure liquidity for business needs
• Create and execute treasury strategies aimed at optimizing financial performance and strengthening internal controls
• Implement treasury policies and procedures
• Prepare internal and external reports related to treasury activities
• Work closely with internal and external auditors, as well as banking partners
• Handle banking-related matters
• Engage in treasury-related projects and new initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, preferably within the insurance industry
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP and cash management systems is an advantage
