Manage internal and external communications including but not limited to business/ project updates, dashboard, social media platform, website, regular newsletters and company announcements
Create communication templates and manage updates on content
Ensure timely publication of communications
Drive the development of optimal communication plan, content, presentations via coordinating with departments and stakeholders
Summarize complex information and communicate effectively to audiences of varying experiences across a range of channels in verbal, written and visual forms
Collaborate with project teams to jointly develop effective change management strategies, communication plans and training materials
Participate in change management workstream with a structured methodology and process
Assist in equipping employees and leaders to adopt new ways of working
Document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
Manage ad-hoc communication affairs assigned by the Team Director
Your Profile
Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or other related Business discipline required
Minimum of 1 year’s relevant working experience in sizable MNC
Experience in creating creative content to drive internal initiative and communication
Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud for photo and video
Proficient in MS office
Excellent command of verbal & written English and fluency in Mandarin
Excellent comprehension skills in communicating complex contexts as well as editorial expertise
Attention to details and adaptive to changes
Strong presentation skills, proactive team player
Willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Professional and positive attitude
