The thought after Champagne house Henri Giraud is looking for a brand ambassador based in Hong Kong, Macau or South China to manage and continue the development of its operations in the area. With dedication to service and cater for prestige hotels and restaurants, wine retail specialists as well as wine lovers and collectors, the brand ambassador will be in charge of managing the distribution of Henri Giraud, supporting promotional activities across all channels and continuously improving brand recognition. 

Overall responsibility

1. Distribution Overview and Management

• Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and traders
• Develop new partnerships with key traders and retailers in Hong Kong, Macau and potentially South China
• Provide continuous support through training, sales visits, promotions, and incentives.
• Monitor performances, ensuring brand image, pricing, promotions and sales strategies are upheld

2. Sommeliers & Influence

• Position Henri Giraud as a reference among industry professionals and general public
• Build a strong network with key hospitality professionals, sommeliers and wine buyers
• Expand listings and brand presence in top establishments and retailers
• Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals, collectors, and wine enthusiasts

3. Marketing and Brand Building

• Develop and implement marketing plan in coordination with Sales & Marketing Director
• Organize private tastings, dinners, and bespoke experiences to nurture customer loyalty
• Manage local communication (social media, media relationship, website and newsletter) to raise awareness and brand fidelity around Henri Giraud Champagnes
• Overlook marketing tools creation and management to ensure they are up-to-date and to the standards of Henri Giraud
• Identify and create PR opportunities suitable for Henri Giraud

Job Requirements

• A positive attitude and strong drive are valued above nationality and experience; however, Wine/Champagne expertise is essential to maintain credibility among sommeliers and wine professionals
• Strong commercial acumen with marketing sensitivity
• Outgoing, well-presented, and adaptable to high-end clientele
• Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel
