This is a full-time remote role for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing office equipment, and providing administrative assistance. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating with clients and staff, managing office supplies, and ensuring effective communication within the office. The Office Manager will also provide exceptional customer service and handle general office administration duties.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
Experience using and managing Office Equipment
Excellent Customer Service skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
