What You Will Do

This person will support the sales team in Hong Kong. She/he will assist the sales team throughout the sales process.

How You Will Do It

• Provide sales support to sales managers and engineers by providing technical support, product selection assistance, quotes, order processing assistance and expediting orders
• Handle basic reporting, expedite orders and contract booking process
• Assist in developing an effective business support service center
• Support existing customers and prospects for new customers
• Responsible for take-off plans and specifications, development and pricing of estimates, and proposal writing and biding jobs
  
  

Required

What we look for

• Higher Diploma holder or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering / Fire / BSE or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years’ related work experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in engineering related industry would be an advantage
• Experience in excel including vlookup, pivot table, etc.
• Self-motivated, hardworking and positive
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
