This person will support the sales team in Hong Kong. She/he will assist the sales team throughout the sales process.
How You Will Do It
Provide sales support to sales managers and engineers by providing technical support, product selection assistance, quotes, order processing assistance and expediting orders
Handle basic reporting, expedite orders and contract booking process
Assist in developing an effective business support service center
Support existing customers and prospects for new customers
Responsible for take-off plans and specifications, development and pricing of estimates, and proposal writing and biding jobs
Required
What we look for
Higher Diploma holder or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering / Fire / BSE or equivalent
1 - 2 years’ related work experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience in engineering related industry would be an advantage
Experience in excel including vlookup, pivot table, etc.
Self-motivated, hardworking and positive
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
