Job Responsibilities

1. Align with technological trends (5G, computing power networks, big data, AI LLMs) to design IT system strategies supporting the company’s digital transformation, defining overall goals, architecture, and technical roadmaps.
2. Lead the evolution plans and phased objectives for platform, data, and AI capability R&D, integrating with business scenarios to drive digital transformation.
3. Collaborate with marketing, business, and network teams to identify digital needs, plan middleware capability systems, select technologies, and build a cohesive, decoupled IT middleware architecture. Manage middleware integration, operation, and ecosystem building.
4. Oversee full life cycle management of digital projects, coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery with measurable outcomes.
5. Foster R&D partnerships, introduce external technologies, and accelerate innovation-to-implementation processes.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years of experience in IT system architecture, R&D, and operations, with hands-on experience in 5G, cloud computing, big data, and AI. Candidates with leadership experience in large-scale IT system planning/architecture preferred.
2. Deep understanding of telecom operator workflows and pain points, proficiency in BSS/MSS systems, and experience in middleware planning/operation.
3. Strong ability to translate strategic goals and business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
4. Proven track record in managing complex projects/portfolios, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving strategic outcomes.
5. Exceptional documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across management, technical teams, and clients.
