Job Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, databases) and applications to ensure high availability. Oversee change management, system deployment, and release processes.
2. Develop operational procedures, optimize system architecture, and implement automated operation tools to enhance efficiency. Lead disaster recovery planning, drills, and recovery to ensure business continuity.
3. Design IT information security technical frameworks, strengthen data security capabilities, and ensure compliance with information security regulations and industry standards.
4. Execute security strategies, policies, and emergency plans. Lead incident response, analyze attack vectors, drive corrective actions, and close gaps.
5. Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and security hardening to prevent cyberattacks and data breaches.
6. Manage IT operations and security vendors, coordinate resources to resolve technical issues, and control operational and security costs.

Qualifications

1. Education - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience - 5+ years of experience in IT operations and security management, including 3+ years in team leadership. Preference for candidates with experience in high-security industries (internet, finance, telecom).
3. Technical Skills - Proficient in Linux system operations, network architecture design, and cloud services. Familiar with ITIL and other 运维 service frameworks.
4. Security Expertise - Deep understanding of security 攻防 techniques and tools. Strong ability to identify and resolve security threats quickly.
5. Soft Skills - Excellent cross-departmental communication and teamwork. High resilience and accountability, with the ability to handle emergency situations.
