Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of annual departmental plans aligned with corporate strategies; support division leadership in budget planning, KPI setting, and holistic departmental management.
Project Management and Oversight: Monitor work progress and goal achievement of each team, providing regular analysis and improvement recommendations. Track progress, quality, cost, and risks of cross-team projects, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulations; build risk mitigation frameworks.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
Experience: 5+ years in project management with 2+ years in PMO or multi-project governance; familiarity with budget and KPI systems.
Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills; Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI);
Risk management expertise and compliance awareness.
Agile methodology experience, large-scale program management, or industry-specific knowledge (e.g., IT, Finance) is preferred.
