Job Summary


The Senior / Art Director will lead the design and creative direction of our brand projects. They will incorporate strategic thinking in crafting compelling visuals and narratives across digital, print, social media, and multimedia platforms. They will ensure the growth of their design team in guiding them on collaboration, creative, and ensuring brand and visual alignment on projects.


Key Responsibilities:


Creative Leadership: Develop and execute visual concepts for campaigns and brand initiatives. Be excellent at ideating while being hands on with design execution. Ensure brand and visual consistency across all touchpoints in a creative campaign.


Team Management: Mentor and manage a team of designers, ensuring there is always growth and positive collaboration. Review the team’s design to ensure the outputs are of consistent and high quality. Stay close to the resourcing of the team and ensure the basic admin tasks are completed on a regular basis.


Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with account servicing team in executing and delivering creative projects.


Client Engagement: Persuasive presentation skills in both Cantonese and English. Positively engage with clients on briefs and feedback.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 4-6 years of agency creative experience.
  • Creative direction and design skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Keynote.
  • Client presentation skills.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English – written and spoken.
  • Experienced in team resourcing and time management.
  • Multi-tasking in an organized and efficient manner.
