Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role at Rapport AI Medical for a Software Systems Analyst / Project Manager. The role involves tasks related to software development, troubleshooting, deployment and integration with other third-party solutions (e.g. client's existing CMS or output platforms). This applicant will also be expected to lead multiple customer projects internally and externally directly with the client. The position is located in Hong Kong with work from home flexibility.

REQUIRED Qualifications (MUST HAVE)

• Bachelor, Master or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field with a strong emphasis on software development and AI/ML.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, R, and Java.
• Experience with SaaS development, verification, validation and deployment.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS) and their services relevant to SaaS platforms.
• Must have proven experiences in software systems integration and deployment with customers.
• Strong project management skills and experience working with enterprise customers
• 3+ years working experience

PREFERRED Qualifications

• Experience working with medical clinic CMS solutions
• Experience working with customer output channels (e.g. sleekflow and Omnichat)
• Preferred experience in healthcare technology or AI projects
