Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Our operations department’s purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality

Job Description

• Handle customer enquiries on test assignment, quotation and follow-up orders;
• Coordinate between external and internal parties to ensure to complete the order on time;
• clerical support;
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/degree holder in Science discipline (though Science, Engineering, Testing Science and Certification or another technical discipline will be a plus);
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good problem-solving skill;
• Self-initiated, independent and a good team player.
  
  

Additional Information

• Familiar with ISO 17025 quality system and accreditation requirements.
• Familiar with safety standards/requirements of toys and consumable products in various countries such as ASTM, CPSIA, EN 71-3 and REACH.
• 1 year working experience in a testing lab or science fresh graduates are welcome
