Impact of this role

This role assists the team in strengthening the company’s leadership pipeline by enhancing the competencies of current and future leaders. By overseeing the execution of leadership programs at Rosewood Academy, it ensures a smooth and effective learning experience. Additionally, this role serves as a champion of the company’s culture and values, reinforcing a commitment to leadership excellence.
Beyond program management, this position contributes to global Talent Development initiatives, playing a key role in engaging the learning community and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating leadership programs at Rosewood Academy, including scheduling and logistics, learner nomination and confirmation, tracking participation and completion, material preparation, database management, and evaluation.
  • Communicate with program learners and facilitators/ speakers to confirm attendance and ensure timely and accurate delivery of program materials.
  • Assist in preparing program materials, including PowerPoint presentations, handouts, recording edits, and other support materials.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of learning programs.
  • Maintain the learning calendar and related schedules, ensuring all deadlines and timelines are met.
  • Monitor and maintain learning program records, including learner information, program evaluations, and feedback from facilitators and learners.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Support key initiatives led by the Global Talent Development team, including project planning, implementation, and progress tracking.
  • Assist in learning platform management and content creation for global audiences.
  • Provide support to the Global Talent Development team as needed.

Critical Skills & Qualification

  • 1-2 years of experience in learning and development administration.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to manage virtual meeting logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to support collaboration between different stakeholders.
