To assist in the successful implementation of programmes and event marketing strategies of Parks and Trails.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Content Development:

• Create and curate compelling and engaging content across various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website materials, tailor for a diverse range of target audience.
• Develop a holistic digital marketing strategy incorporating various digital channels.
• Analyzing content performance and staying updated on digital marketing trends.

Program Management:

• Develop and execute programs to maximize engagement and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
• Provide analytical reports to evaluate program effectiveness, areas for improvement, and inform future program strategies.

Event Management:

• Support event implementation and coordination with partners.
• Identify and coordinate with agencies, vendors and volunteers, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the engagement process.

About You

• University graduates with at least 2 years of work experience in digital marketing, communication, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing planning and strategy development.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English languages. Persuasive, with good sense of design and presentation.
• Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills. Analytical and meticulous with figures.
• Attention to details and able to follow schedule and track progress towards targets.
• Strong project management skills, able to steer project within the budget and the timeline independently.
• Strong team player, able to be accountable to assigned tasks and committed to reach targets.
• Experience or passion with the NGO sector would be an advantage.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Programme Officer.
