Purpose of Position

We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer to join our Product Development team. You will ensure our consumer electronics products meet quality standards throughout development and production. This includes designing and implementing quality assurance protocols, testing procedures, and compliance checks.

Job Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance plans and programs for consumer electronics and mobile accessories products.
• Thoroughly test and evaluate electronic components and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Identify product defects, conduct root cause analysis, and develop corrective and preventative actions.
• Maintain detailed records of quality tests, inspections, and compliance reports; ensure proper documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Product Creative, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to integrate quality processes into product development and production.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; work with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
  
  
  

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in E&E, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• 3+ years experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace.
• Knowledge of production methodology and process.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Willing to travel to China when needed
