核心职责

1. 基础财务操作

处理日常会计账务（AP/AR/GL）及银行对账

编制月度财务报表（含客户资金隔离报告）

执行费用报销审核与成本分类统计

2. 合规支持

协助准备SFC年度审计资料（FRR报表基础数据）

维护交易系统与财务系统的数据映射（如股票结算流水）

监控基础流动性指标（现金比率、短期负债覆盖）

3. 跨部门协作

对接经纪业务部核对客户保证金数据

协调IT优化财务系统基础功能

支持HR完成薪酬核算

任职要求

学历：会计/金融本科及以上，LCCI Level 3或以上

经验：3年+香港券商/金融公司全盘会计经验

资质：熟悉《证券及期货（客户款项）规则》

持HKICPA/CPA/CFA/ACCA

具备中英文双语能力

We’re Hiring | Finance Manager – Hong Kong-based Brokerage

Our partner, a licensed local brokerage firm, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily accounting operations (AP/AR/GL), bank reconciliations

• Prepare monthly financial statements and client money segregation reports

• Review staff expense claims and maintain cost classifications

• Support SFC audit prep, including FRR reporting data

• Maintain data mapping between trading and accounting systems

• Monitor liquidity metrics (e.g., cash ratio, short-term liabilities)

• Collaborate with brokerage team to reconcile client margin data

• Coordinate with IT on accounting system improvements

• Assist HR with payroll processing

Requirements :

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; LCCI Level 3 or above

• 3+ years of full-set accounting experience in a Hong Kong brokerage or financial institution

• Familiar with the Securities and Futures (Client Money) Rules

• HKICPA or CFA qualification preferred

• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese
