Our client, a highly successful and next-generation industry leader globally, is seeking an Regional HR Support to take on a key role in their growing HR team.

Key Responsibilities

As an Regional HR Advisor, you will:

1. Be involved in all Business Partnering areas of HR but specifically, you will be play a key advisory role and be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of HR services related to: recruitment, development, employee relations and engagement, performance management, and compensation
2. Be a key HR Partner to work closely with Management team and senior key stakeholders in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment
3. Drive regional HR projects with a strong focus in regional Talent and Engagement initiatives

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A strong regional HR business partnering and/or generalist background, preferably in reputable matrixed organisations
• Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues, providing alternative long-term solutions
• Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills to build cross-functional and global relationships
• Proven experience leveraging analytics to drive effective business decisions
• Ability to execute and work independently in a fast-moving environment with limited support
• Excellent trilingual communication skills (English, Cantonese and Mandarin)
