Job Responsibilities:

1. Take charge of financing activities in both primary and secondary markets, develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, and actively participate in roadshows, investor inquiries, and post-investment management.
2. In addition to expanding the base of overseas investors, explore some overseas business markets.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above from top domestic or international universities, with majors in economics, finance, accounting, law, or related fields.
2. Over seven years of experience in investment and financing or investment banking IPOs at leading companies.
3. Passionate about the artificial intelligence industry, proactive, and a strong team player.
4. Excellent proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with English as a working language.
5. Preference will be given to candidates with successful financing experience in publicly-listed companies or experience in investor relations management.

工作职责：

1、负责一二级市场融资工作，开拓并维护机构投资者，深度参与路演/投资者问询、投后管理等工作

2、在拓展海外投资人的基础上，开拓部分海外业务市场

任职要求：

1、重点海内外本科及以上学历，经济、财会、法律等相关专业；

2、七年以上头部企业投融资/投资银行IPO的工作经验；

3、对人工智能行业充满热情，对工作积极、主动，富有团队精神；

4、英语听说读写优秀，可作为工作语言；

5、具备上市公司成功融资经验/投资人关系管理经验的优先
