Job Description:
As a Travel Specialist at L’Voyage, you will play a pivotal role in co-ordinating extraordinary travel experiences for our clients. Your in-depth knowledge of travel destinations, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in exceeding our clients' expectations. You will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on creativity, teamwork, and a deep passion for travel.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and objectives. Provide expert advice and recommendations based on their needs.
· Create customized travel itineraries that include transportation, accommodations, activities, dining options, and more. Ensure itineraries align with clients' interests and expectations.
· Stay updated on the latest travel trends, emerging destinations, and unique experiences to offer clients the best recommendations.
· Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and product descriptions that effectively communicate the value and unique selling points of travel products.
· Exercise excellent customer service to deal with all inquiries and transactions as assigned.
· Build, nurture and maintain vendor relationship with each supplier and partner.
· After hours on call if required.
· Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required Requirements:
· Tertiary education
· Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
· Outstanding and in-depth knowledge of a wide range of major cities and holiday destinations, including industry leading working knowledge of luxury hotels, DMCs and specialist tour operators, and airline services, including industry leading working knowledge of luxury hotels, DMCs and specialist tour operators.
· An understanding of the luxury lifestyle and affluent customers Passion for delivering high quality personalised support and have excellent research skills
· Familiar with high-end luxury travel is an advantage
· Familiar and proficient in luxury travel itinerary planning and execution
· Have a good network of suppliers for land tours in overseas countries
· Excellent negotiations skills
· Reliable and professional
· Ability to work independently with high flexibility
· Proficiency in computer skills
· You MUST have excellent language skills in professional English and Mandarin, and/or Cantonese, in written and spoken, other language will be an advantage
