Main Purpose of the Job:

Leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI, IoT, cloud computing, data analytics, and RFID sensors, to lead Industry 4.0 initiatives and transform operations into "smart factories." This role involves the development and deployment of business applications such as ERP, MRP, MES, and HRMS to enhance manufacturing efficiency across the group. Additionally, the position requires the generation of comprehensive executive summaries to support informed decision-making by management.

Key Accountability Areas:

• Develop and execute an IT strategy to support AI-driven solutions across the organization
• Optimize Oracle modules to support both current and future operational needs; oversee and improve Oracle EBS within our organization in Thailand, utilizing AI and data analytics to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
• Create AI-powered KPIs and generate management reports using insights from AI and data warehouse tools. Develop executive summaries and exception reports for all factories to promote informed, data-driven decisions.
• Create intuitive interfaces for capturing quality metrics and shop floor WIP data, providing daily productivity insights.
• Enhance electronic workflows by integrating AI to streamline operations, including processes such as scrap material handling, MRB, CARS, and subcontract management.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, AI ethics, and data security best practices
• Provide comprehensive IT support for operations, aligning with AI and Industry 4.0 objectives.
• Ensure cost-effective and scalable AI solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline;
• At least 15+ years of experience in the manufacturing sector, with expertise in IT infrastructure, system administration, AI-driven application development, cloud computing, digital transformation, and cybersecurity;
• Proven track record in Oracle implementation and AI integration within IT projects;
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation tools;
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration;
• Detail-oriented with outstanding project management skills to lead complex IT initiatives incorporating AI and cutting-edge technology.
