The role of this contract manager is required to monitor and improve Core M&S opex portfolio performance, collaborate on financial reporting, and drive discussions on digital spending with managers and directors including software, support and cloud hosting. He/she is the pivot role of leading and driving 2026 business planning and collaborate together with Digital Finance, Digital delivery teams to review core operating expense in order to achieve company’s targets.
Main Responsibilities:
2026 Business Plan Planning
- Work with Digital Commercial team and Digital Finance team to understand, consolidate and present/deliver the 2026 re-forecasted spend/budget
- Coordinates and drive budget/cost reviews with Digital Directors/Managers.
- Provide support to Digital Finance on the overall budget planning slides.
Core Opex M&S Reporting
- Prepare materials for reporting Core Opex M&S spend performance.
- Understand and track Core M&S Opex buckets spend (Software, Maintenance & Support, Cloud Hosting).
Re-vamp of Digital Spend Re-charge mechanism
- Support Digital Finance team on streamlining current Digital spend re-charge mechanism (SLA recharge).
- Provide Core M&S opex information to facilitate the SLA review.
Support Enlight transition to BAU (Business As Usual)
- Understand and raise any finance risk on Enlight BAU cost compared to budget.
Preferrable to have knowledge and experience on FinOps and IT Software such that he/she can provide advice on FinOps excellence and software cost optimisation.
Business Partner to Digital Finance.
Backfill Manager – Commercial & Supplier Excellence
- Act as manager of Commercial & Supplier Excellence team during the absence of the manager.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commercial, Technology with a Master’s Degree being desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience in Digital Finance or Digital Commercial, with 3 years in a management level.
- A commercial business focus and business acumen.
- Outstanding financial analysis skills.
- FinOps and IT software knowledge will be an advantage.
- Performance-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills.
