We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of a Senior Marketing Executive to be part of LOEWE , a fast-growing brand under LVMH Fashion Group.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to work closely with global marketing and local communications teams, media, social media and marketing agencies to ensure the marketing strategies and digital projects are contributing to the business portfolio while maintaining the brand’s DNA.
This is a 1-year contract role with the possibility of extension.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage agencies to develop and deliver the brand’s communications and marketing strategies via online and offline marketing plans; ensure timely validation and delivery.
Paid Media
Closely follow through media campaigns from visual planning, production, testing, launch to post-campaign analysis
Evaluate each campaign to provide results, constructive learnings and develop measures of success
Conduct both data-driven quantitative insights and creative-driven qualitative analysis and provide necessary reporting to the team & HQ office
Track and report on competitors marketing activations and content to facilitate our actions, opportunities and/or emerging challenges
Collaborative partnership with HQ, media agency and media partners to ensure breakthroughs, strong negotiation and relationships
Owned Media
Liaise with HQ and local social media and digital agencies on content planning, communication calendar and local activations on local channels, including but not limited to LINE and event-specific mini-sites
Liaise with HQ, production & translation houses on assets and copies validation
Knowledge and experience in APA-wide/ China-specific social media landscape and opportunities for MLC/ tourists-targeted strategies
Hoarding and lightboxes layout development, validation and coordination
Retail Marketing
Closely collaborate with Retail and Travel Retail partners on 360 marketing plans, including integrated organic and paid media through online and offline channels
Finance & Admin
Monthly reporting on marketing budget with full accuracy
Support and assist on budgeting reports and annual planning and financing
Manage the finance processes for all media-related expenses
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 - 4 years relevant work experience in media and advertising, digital and social, preferably hands-on experience in fashion houses
Excellent skills in social media management and digital analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Experience managing budgets and tracking income and expenditure on budget lines
A confident and resourceful team player who can manage a wide range of internal and external contacts, with the ability to work flexibly in a pressurized environment and the agility to handle a varied, diverse and full workload
Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-minded, target-oriented, creativity, enthusiasm, and curiosity.
