- To identify and explore new business opportunities in Hong Kong and Asian countries and monitor new store opening.
- Oversees day-to-day operation and monitor performance of the retail stores to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
- Propose & implement suitable marketing and promotion plan for the Company to grow existing businesses.
- To manage, train, motivate and mentor frontline staff.
- Work closely with China regional head quarter on merchandising products and ensure a well balance of sales and stock level control.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to ensure adherence to budgets, business plans and targets and to give recommendations whenever necessary.
- Perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects where necessary
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline.
- At least 5 years' management experience in retail operation.
- Experience in kids / family retail operations an advantage.
- Experience in new store opening a plus.
- Willing to interact with kids, proactive, customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
