Job Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist will manage the full spectrum and run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing, administering compensation and benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Job Responsibilities:

- Reporting to local Deputy General Manager and Singapore HR function head, lead and perform full spectrum of HR operations in Hong Kong

- Recruit and retain high calibre staff with the right skills for the jobs in back office and frontline clinics

- Support payroll and benefit administration in a timely manner

- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information

- Ensure the HR policies are up to date and in compliance with local labour law and all other related regulations

- Liaise with external service providers regarding various HR/employment related insurance renewals

- Provide general office administration services

- Support in ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirements:

- High diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Administration or equivalent disciplines

- Minimum 5 years or above all-rounded HR working experience. Experience in medical and healthcare industry is an advantage

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies and procedures

- Meticulous, highly-organised, able to work independently and as a good team player with good interpersonal skills

- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

- Familiar with MS Office applications such as Word and Excel (VLOOKUP)
