The Digital & CEC intern holds a crucial position responsible for digital initiative management, campaign planning & execution to drive traffic, digital sales and ROI. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies to efficiently oversee campaigns, strategic planning, and enhance the customer journey. He or she will need to demonstrate adept coordination, time management, and multitasking abilities to ensure seamless alignment and planning across various projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement Operation:
Assist in strategic planning, campaign execution, and agency communication to ensure effective launches.
Design customer journey for O2O journey to capture traffic to fans acquisition and drive sales conversion.
Manage the communication touch point and calendar for customer communication and engagement.
Consolidate the campaign and offer information to work with agency for content creation.
Provide operation insight to enhancement the WeCom and XHS productivity.
Performance Tracking and Review:
Conduct data and performance reviews for campaigns and touchpoints, evaluating effectiveness and other pertinent KPIs.
Analyze and report on the conversion funnel to enhance campaign performance, initiatives, and ROI for senior management.
Digital Presence Platform Management and Digital Tool Gatekeeping:
Coordinate with vendors and partner with agencies to leverage digital tool for sales converted and tracking.
Work with agencies for digital tool set up and testing.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrates excellent written, communication, and verbal skills in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
Exhibits a proactive, creative, strategic, and detail-oriented mindset.
Digital savvy, marketing or EC experience, well known in WeCom and XHS
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
