JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage flight cargo data for any sensitive inbound shipment or trans-shipments for customs declaration
• Monitor the customs clearance status and liaison
• Closely work with Customs and other Airlines to expedite flight pre-clearance
• Prepare and assemble shipment support documents to Government for inbound and outbound hub flights

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma holder or above
• 2 years experience in industry of transportation, logistics, airlines, airport operations or freight forwarding
• Experience in cargo service with knowledge in customs clearance are highly preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good analytical, telephone manner customer services skills
