Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
10+ years in sales, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Sales Manager, Regional Director).
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in Industry or Construction field.
Skills:
Strong leadership with ability to inspire and scale teams.
Expertise in CRM platforms, sales analytics, and pipeline management.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
