About the job
Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of salespeople to exceed targets and KPIs
  • Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners to enhance business opportunities and improve sales performance.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track performance, monitor progress, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with brand, trade marketing and field staff to plan and execute promotional campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand visibility
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' key account management experience in FMCG / food industry with a focus on Key Accounts
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, attentive, result-driven, and customer-oriented
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Mature, independent, and presentable
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
