Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of information systems including requirement analysis, technical design, building, testing, implementation and production rollout
• Provide application maintenance support services
• Conduct resource/portfolio analysis along with reporting functions
• Liaise with business users and work with contractors and vendors

Requirements

• Degree in Computing / Information Systems or a related discipline
• Certified Professional of IT (CPIT) certification is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in systems development
• Solid work experience in combination with the following activities / tools would be an advantage:
  • Microsoft .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server 
  • Web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications development
  • Data analytics, Microsoft Power BI
  • Microsoft Azure cloud platform, services and tools
  • Software requirement management and vendor delivery management
  • Software development cycle
  • CRM applications development 
  • Property Management / Billing Systems
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
