Our client is an award-winning MNC and a revolutionary market leader and now is seeking a high-calibre individual to join their team in the Hong Kong office.
Job Duties:
Gather and evaluate user requirements to develop functional specifications
Collaborate with business users, vendors, and the internal IT team to ensure the successful execution of the project
Conduct user acceptance testing, which includes test planning, execution, and defect management
Initiate discussions and negotiate with users to achieve agreement on requirements, delivery timelines, and resource allocation
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Analysis
Experience in Business Analysis related to the implementation and launch of digital products and applications
Familiarity with software development methodologies, particularly Agile Scrum
Practical experience with JIRA, Magento, and SQL is advantageous
Technical acumen and the ability to collaborate closely with technical and development teams
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
