Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise subordinates to handle policy administration tasks and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation within TAT
• Administer and maintain policies and procedures in compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with the internal team, stakeholders and vendor to support various projects and production incident
• Assist line manager to prepare regular reports and communication for internal / external parties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in the insurance/financial industry, with a preference for experience in life insurance.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Access.
• Knowledge of AS400 would be an advantage.
