Job description:

• Prepare sales quotations and reports.
• Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the Assistant General Manager.
• Update the client list and system database.
• Handle customer inquiries.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned, including outdoor assignments.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years relevant experience in any disciples
• High proficiency in MS Office applications with Chinese Word processing
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong in prioritize workload in order to meet strict deadlines, willing to OT
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated
• Holder of valid driving license with clean driving records, familiar with Hong Kong roads and traffic regulations is preferred
• Immediately available is highly preferred
