Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to manage and oversee the Company’s mixed portfolios for providing professional property management and customer services for shopping arcades
• Maintain good relationship with tenants by rendering prompt services at all times
• Monitor the performance of service providers, in particular of cleaning, security, landscaping and repair & maintenance (R&M) contractors
• Oversee the R&M conditions of the properties & prioritize R&M works with technical team.
• Maintain a clear line of communication with the head office, compile regular reports on district performance, challenges, and industry trends
• Manage the district budget, including forecasting and expense controlling etc.
• Handle complaints and emergency incidents
• Enforce the improvement or renovation programs when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably major in Property Management or other related discipline
• Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence
• Minimum 14 years’ experience in management of shopping arcade and Grade-A office building, with 7 years’ supervisory experience inclusive
• Proficiency in both written Chinese and English
• Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Shift duty is required
