主要職責︰
- 負責區域營運管理工作，帶領分店達致營運及銷售目標
- 分析銷售數據，制定貨品管理策略(例 : 貨品組合、貨品預數)
- 調動分店資源，並按預定銷售 / 可控制利潤目標，達業務期望
- 計劃分區各店人員編制，提供適當人力資源配合分店營運
- 推動分區團隊的員工士氣 / 正面工作文化
- 持續保持分店營運環境，符合衛生或預設的營運標準
- 提升區線顧客服務，務求達致卓越服務水平
