Manage, coordinate, and monitor the overall service operation of senior housing under the Senior Citizen Residences Scheme (SEN).
Supervise the Skilled Care Services, Psycho-social team, Administration & Leasing team, Facility Management team (whichever appropriate); and directly provide professional services to tenants, residents, and service users in SEN, including but not limited to counseling and service referrals.
Monitor and coordinate service operation of vendor/outsourced service operators.
Manage financial and human resources, as well as implement promotional activities to achieve management goals and business strategies.
Coordinate the concierge service and provide support to professional/frontline staff to handle tenants/service users’ enquiries and complaints.
Plan and develop new services, and coordinate service quality monitoring of the Elderly Service Section in general.
Accomplish the duties assigned by Supervisors.
The Person
Degree holder in Nursing, Social Science, Social Work Studies, Counseling, or Property Management.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in an elderly services organization, including at least 3 years in a management position; experience in elderly or mental health services is preferred.
Strong connections with various service providers and stakeholders in elderly and mental health services.
Proficient in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
Good knowledge of PC applications, including Word Processing, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Solid understanding of public affairs and community relations, with sensitivity to the external political, social, and economic environment.
Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with a diverse clientele.
