Responsibilities:

Our specialty is Events! We are looking for an experienced, motivated and talented Event Manager to join our fantastic events team in creating experience the clients will cherish and remember forever. Our events range from simple canapé parties to extravagant immersive fine dining experiences and everything in between.

The new Event Manager will:

• Have a can-do attitude and be solutions driven
• Be experienced in event management
• Be very organised and juggle multiple clients and events at the same time
• Have excellent communication and customer service
• Manage and take care of each client from initial enquiry all the way through to final invoice
• Be proactive in pursuing new clients and sales leads
• Provide weekly reports to management
• Be confident in using Dropbox and Google Drive
• Have a good understanding and knowledge of menu creation and recommendations to clients based on their events and requirements
• Have a creative flair and eye for detail to make every event exceed expectations
• Manage servers and subordinates in a respectful and inclusive manner
• Lead by example and be a good team player
• Have flexible working hours and be prepared to work on weekends when needed
• Be well presented and professional
• Available to start as soon as possible

Qualifications:

• Have at least 2 years experience in Event Management
• Be fluent in English. Cantonese is a bonus
• Have a valid Hong Kong working visa
