Job Description
Manage assigned accounts as their primary point of contact and plan effective strategies to achieve sales targets for export markets including Korea and India via distributor model
Manage sales order, sales forecast and procurement forecast, prepare reporting & analysis and proactively seek opportunities for upselling
Deploy assets for ecommerce and retail usage and ensure adherence to brand principles
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations with education team support
Maximize ROI of trade spending to achieve company set target
Stay current with industry and market trends, competitor activities to improve market intelligence with corresponding proactive actions
Requirements:
University Graduate in Business / Marketing or related disciplines, preferably from Beauty, Fashion or Luxury industry
Minimum 6 years' relevant sales or business development experiences
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
With good numerical sense and analytical mind
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Able to work independently with strong passion for achievement
Stationed in Hong Kong and willing to travel occasionally 3-4 times per year
Must be excellent in written and spoken English, additional language skills a bonus
