Job Description

• Manage assigned accounts as their primary point of contact and plan effective strategies to achieve sales targets for export markets including Korea and India via distributor model
• Manage sales order, sales forecast and procurement forecast, prepare reporting & analysis and proactively seek opportunities for upselling 
• Deploy assets for ecommerce and retail usage and ensure adherence to brand principles
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations with education team support
• Maximize ROI of trade spending to achieve company set target
• Stay current with industry and market trends, competitor activities to improve market intelligence with corresponding proactive actions

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Business / Marketing or related disciplines, preferably from Beauty, Fashion or Luxury industry
• Minimum 6 years' relevant sales or business development experiences
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• With good numerical sense and analytical mind
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently with strong passion for achievement 
• Stationed in Hong Kong and willing to travel occasionally 3-4 times per year 
• Must be excellent in written and spoken English, additional language skills a bonus
