Senior Human Resources Officer – HR Projects & HRIS
Manage and maintain HR systems and portals such as HRIS, eRecruitment, eLearning and ePMS.
Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
Provide training and support to system users.
Liaise and collaborate with vendors, IT and system users to ensure smooth operation of HR systems and integrations between various systems.
Participate in reviewing and enhancement of HR workflows and processes automation.
Develop reports, dashboards and data analytics.
Support other HR projects when necessary.
The Person
Degree in Computer Studies, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in implementation and support of HRIS and eRecruitment system. Experience in using robotic process automation (RPA) tools is preferred.
Sound knowledge in Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulations.
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
