Cathay Subsidiary Services consists of several independent departments that provides professional services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, HAS by Cathay and Vogue Laundry Service Limited. 

 

The selected candidate will provide account management and managing the customer and commercial related activities to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Developing short, medium and long term commercial strategies to optimise growth opportunities and profitability with CX Group. 
• Act as the contact for handling business enquiries from CX Group and actively promote company services to maximise company business performance. 
• Review and manage all matters relating to contracts and agreements with CX Group. 
• Manage the product development and pricing process to optimise the subsidiaries’ return on investment. 
• Be accountable for customer satisfaction through excellent account services. 
• Maintain good relationship with customers and commercial related business partners. 
• Collaborate with Subsidiary commercial team on Subsidiary’s overall planning and product development. 
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.  

 

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above in business administration or related disciplines. 
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in commercial and/or business development fields, including 3 years at managerial level. 
• Solid experience in account management, working with multiple stakeholders within client organisations. 
• Candidates with experience and network in the airline industry would be a definite advantage. 
• Strong business sense, commercial awareness, and planning & organisation skills. 
• Strong in negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and presentation skills. 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. 
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
