Cathay Subsidiary Services consists of several independent departments that provides professional services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, HAS by Cathay and Vogue Laundry Service Limited.

 

Responsibilities:

• Support full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to C&B focus on monthly payroll calculation, tax filing, retirement fund administration and leave administration.
• Handle routine maintenance on employee database and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Ensure salary and related payment in compliance with statutory requirements and in timely manner.
• Compile regular staff data analytics and reports for Management’s review.
• Assists in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

 

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• 2 - 3 years experience gained from sizable multi-national company, preferably with experience in handling mass payroll.
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations.
• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Strong numeric sense and detail minded.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing.
• Immediate available is an advantage.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as People Officer.
