A typical day in this Role:  

• Assist the buying team on routine administrative support, e.g. new vendor / new item creation, follow up of item launching and promotion plan, etc.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure operation efficiency
• Support the team to prepare categories sales analysis and system data maintenance

This job is a good fit for You if:

• You are a DETAILER, who are focused on digging into the details, and excel at minimizing risk
• You are a STABILISER who believe it’s important to follow a structured process and like structure in their work
• You are a TEAM PLAYER, who are optimistic, energetic and feel energized when working with others

Success will depend on: 

• With relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG / retail industry
• Attentive to details, with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS word, excel and powerpoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
